What we collect
When you send a property enquiry, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, budget, email, country, property preferences, notes, page of origin, referral information and campaign parameters. We also receive technical information normally provided by a browser, such as device, approximate country and user-agent data.
How we use it
We use enquiry data to respond, prepare a relevant property shortlist, verify current information, operate the advisory relationship, prevent abuse and measure the effectiveness of the website. We do not sell your personal data.
Where you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your use of that service is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices.
Service providers
James Realty uses service providers to host and secure the site, store submitted lead records, measure conversion events and enable communications. These may include Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager and WhatsApp. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the provider’s safeguards and applicable law.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the advisory purpose, recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. Access is limited to people and systems that need it. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information James Realty controls, or withdraw consent to future contact. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.
